本研究計畫的目的，旨在持續追蹤調查基本學力測驗之實施成效，以作為提 供教育部政策決策之參考，並落實教育改革的目的。 本研究根據研究動機及目的，持續蒐集第三年考生在基本學力測驗的官方資 料，除基本資料分析外，並針對受試學生及學校（含高中職校及國中）教師進行 問卷調查，以收集受試對象對實施基本學力測驗的看法，作為爾後教育政策研究 及制訂之參考。 最後，根據本研究調查成果歸納提出建議，可供改進基本學力測驗實施方式 與制訂教育政策之參考，以落實教育改革的精神與目的。 The purpose of this study is continuously to assess the effectiveness of the basic competency test administered since 2001. This purpose will help the educational policy-making made by Ministry of Education and achieve the goals of nationwide educational reform. According to research motives and purposes, this study plans to collect archival data of basic-competency-test for three years long. Not only explore the descriptive statistics about sampling subjects, but also analyze points of view of the effectiveness of the basic-competency-test administered as a high school entry exam. For the sake of educational policy research and making, the completion of this study will propose its research results. Finally, the implication of findings and suggestions for the improvement and substitution for high school entry exams may be applied to educational evaluation and reform. Applications and suggestions for the future researches are also proposed.
