Abstract:	本研究的目的，旨在發展一套網路化問卷調查系統，並且選定幾個方法學問題進行探索，以比較傳統紙筆式郵寄問卷調查和網路化問卷調查的差異，並且探索影響回收率的相關因素，期能建立教育學門進行網路化調查的方法學基礎。本研究擬分兩年採用實驗方法來進行比較研究，以傳統紙筆式郵寄問卷調查方式為控制組，而以網路化問卷調查方式為實驗組，並選定某些教育研究議題，分別進行影響回收率之因素的探討，所選定的因素計有：問卷形式、催收次數、受試者族群屬性、填答結果的因素結構、議題的熱門性、問卷的署名方式、問卷的長短、填答結果的因素穩定性、和填答者滿意度等。最後，本研究企圖歸納上述方法學上的探索結果，提出一套發展網路化問卷調查的理論基礎和具體的建置建議。
