    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的在於編製一份新的「考試焦慮」量表，並利用此量表初步探討「考 前準備期」與「考試當下」的焦慮程度對於高中生學業成績的影響。研究主要分為兩個 部分：（一）採用質性研究方法，以深度晤談法（depth interview method）及焦點團體法 （focus group interview method）來訪談高中學生；與（二）採用量化研究方法，以所發 展之考試焦慮量表針對高中學生進行施測。 （一）量表編製。以深度晤談法及焦點團體法來探討高中生的考試焦慮；並以半結 構式面談表（semi-structure interview sheet）以掌握面談的方向及內容。其大致內容包括 （1）考前準備期可能產生的生理（physiological）、認知（cognitive）、行為（behavioral）、 以及情緒（emotional）變化；與（2）考試當下所出現焦慮的惡性循環（vicious cycle of anxiety）之特徵反應。待資料蒐集完成後，針對這些資料作內容分析與項目分析，用以 編製適用於我國高中生的考試焦慮量表，以作為大樣本研究之用。 （二）量表施測。以所編製之「考試焦慮量表」為工具，以高中學生為對像進行問 卷施測。在分析方面，包括因素分析（factor analysis）、相關分析（correlation analysis）、 回歸分析（regression analysis）等，如此一方面可以初步建立本量表的信度與效度，另 一方面可以探討高中生在面臨重要考試時，其「考前準備期」與「考試當下」的焦慮程 度的關聯性，並且分別探討「考前準備期」與「考試當下」的焦慮程度對學業成績表現 的影響度。
