    摘要: 隨著「知識經濟」時代的來臨，各國正積極透過知識提升競爭力，以面對競爭激烈的環境。台灣中小企業家數占全部企業家數98.18%。對台灣中小企業而言，該如何做好知識管理，提高競爭優勢，已成為企業所需注重的課題。故本研究以問卷調查與電話訪談的方式探討影響中小企業知識管理的三階段——知識取得、知識分享轉移、知識應用之相關因素。經過分析結果顯示，中小企業在「知識取得」階段會受到「企業間網路緊密程度」與「IT整備程度」所影響。在「內部知識分享轉移」階段會受到「推動知識管理的人力資源」、「IT整備程度」與「組織結構的彈性」所影響。在「知識應用」階段，會受到「IT整備程度」與「重視知識的文化」的影響。根據研究結果，本研究提出知識管理能力三部曲模型，以供學界與業界參考。
    In this knowledge economic age, knowledge has become one of most important things for firms to increase their competition powers. In Taiwan, 98.18% firms are small-middle. This study applied survey and interview methods to investigate the factors influencing their knowledge management capabilities. The survey findings indicated (1) “business to business network” and “IT readiness” could influence “knowledge acquisition” capability; (2) “KM human resource”, “IT readiness” and “structure” could influence “knowledge conversion” capability; (3) “IT readiness” and “culture” could influence “knowledge application” capability. According to these results, we followed to interview some firms and proposed a 3-stage KM capability model.
