Abstract:	為促進本國生物技術產業健全發展，提升智慧財產局生物技術領域專利審查人員專業知識，透過以下計畫項目達到上述目的。1.國外專家來台講授生物技術領域智慧財產權保護訓練課程2.專利審查相關人員國外歐美日13人次訓練3. 國際研討會4. 生物相關新興技術之專業課程5. 智慧財產權保護宣導課程 In order to help develop a healthy Biotech industry and provide training for Biotech patent examiners. This entire project consists the followings: 1. IPR planning class taught by foreign expects 2.Examiners training on U.S. European& Japan 3. International conference 4. Biotechnology Courses 5. IPR Educational program promotion 6. Study on Examiners Planning systems among the U.S., Japan and Europe.
