Abstract:	本計畫對於九十三年之健保資料的抽樣設計，係以鄉鎮市區為層，先依戶籍檔建立目標母體，再由目標母體的各層隨機取1%為該層的樣本，而產生了與民國87年到92年之抽樣方法具有一致性，且可用以估計93年主要疾病之就醫狀況及醫療費用之抽樣資料檔。本計畫利用重大傷病者之就診資料，依所屬重大傷病類別與性別進行統計，並結合社會性調查中之家庭收支調查資料，以進行重大傷病狀況與個人特性之交叉分析，及建立重大傷病罹患率之羅吉斯迴歸模式。對於慢性病患，亦就其所患之慢性病類別及性別進行統計，並結合家庭收支調查資料，以進行慢性病狀況與個人特性之交叉分析，及建立慢性病罹患率之羅吉斯迴歸模式。此外，並對慢性病患者之住院資料，統計住院治療慢性類疾病與非慢性類疾病之人數、天數、住院費用等。再就承保資料方面來說，本計畫將承保資料與健保資料串檔，而統計
