    Abstract: 地籍資料整合使用將可提高其資料建置之效益。近年來地政單位積極推動資訊化已有相當成效，但其成果仍由建置單位分別儲存管理，以供應個別單位之需求為目標，殊為可惜。本研究旨在探討已數值化之地籍圖、登記資料以及一些由地理資訊系統產生之主題地籍資料整合之方式，其目標為建立親和性高且供應豐富地籍資訊之地籍圖管理系統和地價區段劃分輔助系統。地籍圖庫管理系統之目標，以滿足地籍圖閱覽功能、以定位檢索查閱地籍圖資料、管理土地複丈紀錄及藍晒圖之申請管理與結合其他土地資訊產製主題。地價區段劃分輔助系統之目標，則探討影響地價之因素、各種因素之量化評估、以及各種因素組合對土地估價之影響，以建立地價區段劃分評估系統。地籍圖庫管理系統之開發，由於採用商用CAD之成本過高，將造成地政單位建置系統及人員訓練的負擔，本研究將自行開發適用於數值地籍管理業務之功能，提供容易操作的使用者圖形界面，達到查詢及輸出等各項作業需求。地價區段劃分輔助系統牽涉大量空間分析，需採用地理資訊系統，本研究將對影響地價區段劃分之因素予以量化﹐產生地價區段指標﹐再依此指標劃分地價區段。本研究將以地政單位之業務需求為導向進行研究，因此除可有效整合數值地籍資料，提高資料應用效能外，更可轉移技術供地政單位使用，提高政府便民服務之效率。
