    Abstract: 「工作流動」(Job mobility)或是「轉換工作」(Job-shift)的現象,在台灣社會工作者的工作生涯當中,並非陌生、少見的事物。反之,「一年換二十四個頭家」的案例,自古以來即是時有所聞。本研究採取生命歷程(Life-course)的觀點,應用時間事件史分析的動態模型建構方法,檢視年輕人口進退勞動力市場的時間模式,藉以對於台灣社會的工作生涯過程進行初步分析。 根據歷年「台灣地區薪資與生產力調查」結果顯示,整體而言,受雇員工進退勞動力市場的異動頻率,係隨年齡增長而呈遞減現象---不論男女性別,年齡介於20-30歲之間者,進退最為頻繁,甚至,事實上,全部進入或是退出勞動力的人數(次)當中,半數者年齡介於20-29歲。 傳統上,關於工作者進退勞動力市場或相關工作流動的研究,主要採取「整體」的研究途徑,以「盛行率」(Prevalence rate)作為主要的分析工具,利用勞動力參與率的概念而探討之。此一整體研究途徑,對於勞動力「組成差異」(Compositional difference)的影響,未能深入考量。本研究乃從生命歷程的觀點,援用事件史分析的動態模式建構方法,藉由「存活函數」(Survival function)的概念,採取所謂「個體」的研究途徑。 具體而言,本研究以「勞工保險被保險人資料庫」作為基礎,視勞保異動(Turnover)作為勞工工作流動的替代,針對異動初始年齡在三十歲以前的異動事件,進行無參數式(Non-parametric)的存活函數與風險函數(Hazard function)分析,從而檢視勞工的離職風險與在就業風險、以及其時間模式。 研究結果顯示,年輕人口進退勞力市場頻繁,生平第一個工作的就業時間,平均為5.5年---嗣後,平均每兩年之內轉換一次工作。不過,雖然年輕人口轉換工作頻繁,前後工作職位之間「待業」與「失業」期間則是相當短暫。至於年輕人口的性別、行業別與出生世代等特徵,對其勞動參與的時間模式,具有顯著影響作用。
