    Abstract: 兩岸經貿關係於1990 年代末期開始有了本質上的轉變。在全球化的衝擊下，台灣 的「發展型國家」角色隨之調整，同時使得台灣的政商互動為之改變。另一方面， 台商在大陸「在地化」的需求，使得大陸地方政府及城區發展與台商經營結為一體。 台灣發展型國家因應全球化的各種調整，及大陸地方政府的運作，共同影響了台商 行為及兩岸政經互動。本研究企圖結合筆者有關「兩岸經貿」及「城市全球化」之 研究基礎，重新檢視「發展型國家」理論架構在全球化衝擊下的適應性，以期對兩 岸政經互動研究作出學術上的貢獻。
