    Abstract: 傳統有關職位晉陞的理論討論中,多數討論只有一位員工獲得晉陞的情況。Chen (2003) 則建立一模型,分析當員工彼此間具有負面攻擊競爭對手的情形下,得到正面實力最強 的員工遭遇到其他競爭對手最多的負面總攻擊現象,而此也將造成正面實力最強的員工 不容易獲得晉陞的結果。本研究計畫則考慮當獲得晉陞的員工不只一位時的狀況,期望 分析得到實力最強的員工不會遭遇到最多的負面總攻擊,而能保持較高的晉陞機率的結 論,以提供組織內部陞遷改善的參考。
