Abstract:	本文認為，儘管美國作為主導國際金融秩序的霸權地位不斷下降，但在這次金融危機中，世界各國的經濟同樣都受到重創，因此，美國依舊能夠維持其在國際經濟上的相對強勢地位。中國大陸的經濟地位雖然在此次金融風暴中大幅提昇，但由於其握有許多美國公司的債務與政府公債，為了自身利益考量，其亦會成為美元體系的捍衛者，短期之內，美元作為主要國際貨幣的地位並不會動搖。
