    Abstract: 在日本的GSP名單裏,中國大陸是一個出口擴張快速且在日本市場佔有率急速增加的國家,因此基於日本GSP制度中的畢業條款,中國大陸出口至日本的產品,勢必開始逐漸自日本GSP名單中畢業,而以一般均衡的貿易理論分析,除了中國大陸的貿易條件確定惡化外,日本及其他經貿伙伴國所受到之影響並不確定。因此,本文將兼顧理論與實證的觀點,評估此日本及其他經貿伙伴產生影響。經由GTAP模擬出的結果得出,中國大陸自日本GSP制度畢業後,中國大陸之貿易條件將會惡化,而日本及其他國家的貿易條件效果均為正值。若以總效果來看,日本由於關稅收益減少而使福利下降的幅度大於貿易條件改善而使福利上升的幅度,因此中國大陸自日本GSP畢業對日本可能有不利的影響。至於對其他與日本貿易之經貿伙伴來說,不論是以社會福利、貿易條件或進出口變動來看,中國大陸自日木GSP畢業對其都有好處,其中在美國、台灣與韓國之總福利變動是所有經貿伙伴中獲益較大者。
