    Title: 從「海外接單、國內出口」之觀點來探討台灣外銷接單與海關出口之間的逆轉

    Abstract: 80年代台灣接單但由台灣出口比率逐步下跌的現象，在民國88年之後似乎有逆轉的趨勢，本文則以「海外接單、國內出口」之觀點，來探討造成此一廠商行為改變之背後的原因。本文利用兩階段的計量估計法，由實證結果得知，在第一階段「有無海外接單」之決定因素方面，外商顯著偏向於沒有海外子公司的接單行為，而當台灣的母公司對海外子公司提供原料或成品的支援，顯著地降低海外子公司接單的可能性，又電子產業顯著存在海外接單的現象，相較於其他產業而言，電子產業具有海外接單的可能性較其他產業高5.3%。在第二階段廠商「由國內出貨的比率」的決策方面，在海外接單國內出貨的原因之中，當「國內出口成本較低」、「客戶要求由台灣出口」、「國外子公司未生產該產品」以及「其他」時，海外子公司所接的訂單而由台灣出貨的比率將顯著提高。然而，為了「避免匯率損失」而轉單者，其由台灣出貨之比率將顯著下降。最後，「鞋帽傘」、「電機產品」以及「資訊通信產品」等三大產業將顯著傾向於降低國內出貨的比率，相較其他產業而言，其降低的比率為75.64%、30.13%以及34.29%。
