The questionnaire investigation method was employed, and there were 445 valid questionnaires collected from public elementary schools in Taipei City. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson`s product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling.
    The results were as follows:
    1. The perceptions from the elementary school teachers about principal’s distributed leadership were quite well.
    2. The perceptions from the elementary school teachers about teacher efficacy were quite well.
