Title:	太麻里溪流域部落的遷村及其民族結構：以2009年莫拉克風災災區為例

Abstract:	民族特性（包含傳統上民族別的、社別的），在太麻里溪流域有相當顯著的功能。民族特性影響到現代的行政區劃，飛地的出現，便是證明。在太麻里鄉境內有兩個村（賓茂村、正興村）是金峰鄉所轄的村，這就是飛地。正興村內的嘉蘭村中繼屋，目前也幾乎發揮「村中村」的飛地功能。民族特性也影響到行政推行，村鄰長的現代行政系統與頭目的傳統行政系統，同時並行發揮影響力，這在太麻里溪各村盡皆如此。頭目轄民跨鄰不跨村。
