本計畫（〈用詩與解詩──漢代詩經詮釋傳統的兩種型態（Ⅱ）〉）係上年度計畫的延續，整體的研究目標是擬對漢代《詩經》詮釋傳統做一全面的梳理。由於漢代《詩經》詮釋傳統具有「用詩」與「解詩」這兩個面向，前者係承襲先秦時人應用《詩經》的風尚，而後者則是表現出對《詩經》詩義的說解。漢代《詩經》詮釋傳統雖然具有這兩種不同的面向，而從表面上來看，其所為確也是在進行詮釋《詩經》的工作，並從而展現出種種不同的解經成果與紛歧多元的詩學家派。但細究其實質內涵，卻不難發現這些解經活動其中有不少是針對政教的目的所做出的特殊義理闡發或政論，甚至其本身也被投入在實際的政治場域的應用中。可以說，這種的詩經詮解本身也是一種「用詩」的表現。但另一方面，漢人在長期的解經實踐中，也逐漸摸索出一套較客觀的詮解《詩經》文本意含的方式，一方面透過字義的訓解、章句的析合來達致對全詩篇文本意義的索解；另一方面又企圖經由對作者時事背景的考察、文本時代環境的把握來獲致詩人作者的心志及本意。以「解詩」為目的《詩經》詮釋傳統於焉產生。上年度的工作重點是放在「用詩」這個面向，主要是從歷史淵源與實際的現實環境之制約來分析漢代《詩經》詮釋中的用詩特性。本年度的工作重點則是置放在「解詩」這個面向，希望能從漢代經學解經的形成與客觀學術發展的脈胳，來探討擺脫用詩習尚，朝向《詩經》文本意義與作者原意詮解的漢代《詩經》解詩活動之產生。；This project (Using Poetry and Interpreting Poetry : Two Types of Interpretation Tradition of Shih Chin in Han Dynasty（II）) is the continuation of last yearly plan and its whole aim of research is to try to overall explicate Shih Chin interpretative tradition in Han dynasty. The interpretative tradition in Han dynasty consists of two aspects which are “the application of Shih Chin ” and “the explanation of Shih Chin”. The former one adopted the Pre-Qin pre- vailing practice of application to Shih Chin; as for the latter one, it presented the description of meanings of Shih Chin. Outwardly, they were both to do the work of interpreting Shih Chin and developed various achievements of Shih Chin explanation and many divergent schools of Shih Chin study; however, deliberating on the substantive connotations of the two aspects, we can find that there were many interpretative activities aiming at politics and resulting in some special interpretation or political statements which themselves were even applied to political area. In other words, the interpretation of Shih Chin itself is also a pre- sentation of “the application of Shih Chin”. In addition, the Han scholars gradually found out a more objective system for explaining the textual significance of Shih Chin during their long-term practice of interpreting. On the one hand, they gained the understanding of whole text by exegetically explaining the words and phrases, analyzing and integrating the sentences and chapters; on the other hand, they tried to learn poets’ thoughts and original intentions through researching the authors’ contemporary background and grasping the textual period circumstances. Therefore, it produced the Shih Chin interpretative tradition which was for the purpose of “the explanation of Shih Chin”. The main point of last yearly work focuses on the part of “the application of Shih Chin” which primarily analyzes the features of applying Shih Chin in Han’s Shih Chin interpretation from the angle of restriction of historical origin and realistic environment. The chief idea of this yearly work will pay attention to the aspect of “the explanation of Shih Chin”. By means of reviewing the forming progress of the explanation of Classics in Han dynasty and the context of objectively academic development, I hope to explore how the activity of the explanation of Shih Chin in Han dynasty, which got rid of the custom of the application of Shih Chin and returned to seek textual meanings and authors’ original intentions, happened.
