    Abstract: 本項研究計畫，將透過一九四八?發生的政治紛爭，包括國民大會代表退讓友黨問題、?法委員席次問題、總統副總統選舉問題、?憲政府組成問題，及?法院正副院長選舉問題等，從三個部份進?研究。第一部份，探討並分析蔣中正面對這些政治問題時，如何思考問題發生的原因，如何解決問題。第二部份，希望從蔣中正的日記、書信等私人記?中，對於處?相關問題過程中的自我反?、思考等文字，探?其內心想法。第三部份，擬探討在一九四八?處?相關問題之自我?思，與一九四九?一月決定下野一事之關係，並與下野後各方要求其出國，而其?為所動，堅持?出國一事作對照，探討蔣中正個人的意志在政治決定上的動?。本研究目的在藉由探討、分析蔣中正對於一九四八?所發生諸多政治問題的處?方式及個人思考，?解蔣中正在一九四八?面對政治變局的態?，並能進一步分析他在一九四九?一月決定下野的內在原因，亦將有助於釐清蔣中正在一九四八?及日後的?干作為。
