    Abstract: 回顧這段在地婦女爭取平等權益的歷史，至今已近四十年，成果不可謂之不豐。然而過去由於民間婦女團體資源有限，無暇顧及檔案的管理及開放，這段攸關台灣重大社會改革的珍貴史料，至今仍然四散在野，更遑論能以穩定的數位化型態儲存記錄，以利開放大眾檢索。所幸在數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫的投注下，淡江大學與婦女新知基金會合作，取得相關資料的授權，終於能夠將台灣婦女運動長久以來累積的珍貴史料，集結成為「婦女新知運動史料資料庫」。其中內容包括過去多年來各項婦運行動的新聞稿、聲明稿、連署稿、記者會、座談會、公聽會等記錄。這樣的成果，終於得以讓國內外相關研究學者，查詢到婦運相關完整資訊。然而，對於一般社會大眾而言，特別是年輕的資訊世代，往往因為無法想像生活中沒有切身接觸過的歷史現場，進而缺少親近婦運資料的動力與管道。即使個人本身具有性別意識，卻仍然對本土性別平權改革的進步歷程感到陌生疏離，進而無從培養在地的公民行動意識。有鑑於現今台灣婦女運動發展歷史影音資料之匱乏，本計畫團隊希望與婦女新知基金會合作，製作台灣婦女運動歷史發展的影音教材。本計畫將結合婦女新知基金會與淡江大學執行已逾三年的「台灣婦女新知運動史料資料庫建置與數位典藏計畫」累積的豐富數位化史料資產，進一步推動「拾起散落的婦女運動歷史—婦運史多媒體影音教材製作及教育推廣計畫」。藉由呈現具體的兩大主軸，台灣婦女運動發展史與歷時多年的民法親屬篇修法運動，製作兩套多媒體影音教材。本教材將以多媒體方式製作，整合文字、照片、影片、投影片（PPT）、以及動畫，呈現豐富完整的教材內容，編撰成一套可供大眾公民教育、社會推廣使用的性別/婦運史教育教材。此教材的目標對象，首要是以高中與大專院校為主，進而推廣至對婦運議題有興趣的一般民眾。本計畫團隊亦希望透過此數位教材的力量傳遞深層的文化訊息，以此做為台灣公民教育中對於性別教育議題討論的重要引導工具，讓大家重新思考性別/婦女運動/民法親屬篇等與民眾日常生活息息相關的性別文化議題。
    In retrospect to women`s rights in nearly four decades, Taiwanese women has made a great achievement in women’s movement and has longed for keeping historical records by digitalizing the archives. However, most of NGOs has not been able to digitalize the records due to the short of budget and resource. Fortunately, with the financial support of Taiwan e-learning and Digital Archives Program, the Tamkang University and the Awakening Foundation cooperatively set up “women’s movement record of Awakening Foundation” which is full of precious historical documents such as newsletter,, magazines, books, oral-history interviews and photos. , In order to draw young generation’s attention to women’s movement and gender issues, we are going to make two visio-audio teaching materials which integrate different kinds of materials such as texts, photos, videos, slides, and animations. By presenting two specific main issues: the history of the women’s movement in Taiwan and the history of amending the Family Law in Taiwan, we will use these educational materials and hold 20 circulating promotions around Taiwan. The target audience of these multimedia textbooks is mainly university and high school students; meanwhile appealing to the general public will be part of our plan. The project hopes to achieve the following goals: to deepen women’s movement and gender-equity cultural values, to discuss important civic and gender issues by using multimedia materials as guiding tools, and to re-think the relation among gender cultural issues such as women’s history, the gender- related Law, and our daily lives.
