    Abstract: 本研究從財務金融角度來探討及建立一套完備的排放交易制度，驅動台灣邁向低碳與綠色成長之長期目標。因此，本研究整合五大研究課題，包括(1)排放權核配規劃與長期總量目標管理；(2)最適碳交易市場規模規劃與評估；(3)碳交易價格波動對投資之影響；(4)企業碳風險管理與避險工具規劃及(5)兩岸碳排放市場。可整合成碳交易、碳市場、碳價格及碳風險四個研究主軸。計畫之內容無論完整性、獨特性、務實性及前瞻性都與以往之計畫有所不同。計畫預期可對台灣建置排放市場之制度、相關法令及兩岸共同排放市場可行性提出具體之建議。
    The purpose of this research tries to from finance’s view to construct the carbon emission trading scheme and drives Taiwan toward low carbon and green energy sociality. We integrate 5 major research topics, (1) long term emission allowance allocation planning, (2) the optimal scale of emission market size, (3) carbon emission price velocity impact on green investment,(4) business carbon risk management and hedge tool evaluation, and (5) cross strait emission trade market, into carbon market, carbon trade, carbon price and carbon risk 4 research categories. Unlike pass studies, this research provides a complete, unique, practical and prospective view. The research expects to supply some concrete contributions on emissions trade scheme, emission related regulations and cross strait emission market
