    Abstract: 在主計處和衛生署的協助下，社會不均等和健康不均等研究團對於2005年利用2003-2005年家庭收支調查樣本，將數個政府調查資料和健保資料庫資料相結合，透過這幾個調查資料的互補性，彌補其個別調查資料不足。大體上，這個資料庫是以2003-2005年家庭收支調查樣本，串連調查受訪年前後兩年健保資料檔（包括門診費用檔、門診醫令檔、住診費用檔、住診醫令檔、重大傷病登記檔以及承保檔），出生登記檔和死亡登記檔。透過家庭收支調查取得（非健保給付）醫療費用、個人社經背景及就業、家戶組成、家庭所得與消費等變數；透過健保資料庫上精確瞭解家戶中個人醫療項目、診斷、與治療；並透過出生檔，死亡檔，以及癌症檔佐以相關資訊，形成一個可用於分析健康不均等的資料。但即便使用這個資料，樣本數目僅涵蓋數萬家戶，資料期間也僅包括2003-2005年，對瞭解病患健康和社經變數間長期關係，有明顯不足之處。據此，本文利用所建立資料，試圖透過家庭調查豐富的社經變數，來推論如何從承保檔建立保險人就業，薪資，居住鄉鎮、乃至家庭結構等社經變數。 根據比較結果，我們發現（1）除職業工會外，絕大多數公保和勞保投保人的就業狀態和收支調查的訪查相同（2）若使用公勞保就業準確樣本，健保投保薪資可作為薪資代替變數（3）以投保鄉鎮來論，地區人口和農民有九成居住在投保鄉鎮（4）未成年兒童若經由父母投保，高達九成五和父或母同住。最後，我們提供一個研究實例，詳細解釋如何透過承保檔，來分析罹患乳癌對病患就業，以及薪資的影響。
