    Abstract: 本計劃將利率法則視為一個「政策體制 (policy regime)」，進而分析此種貨幣政策體制對持續性成長之總體經濟環境的意涵；尤其是，中央銀行變更通貨膨脹目標 (inflation target) 時，私部門將因應具通貨膨脹目標的利率法則而調整其行為。明確地說，本計劃想探討的主要核心問題是，對一個持續成長的經濟體系： (i)、根據過去平均通貨膨脹率或未來預期平均通貨膨脹率所進行的名目利率調整機制 (forward-looking and backward-looking interest-rate rules)，這兩者的動態穩定性質為何？ (ii)、在這兩種利率回饋法則下，通貨膨脹目標如何主導經濟成長等總體變數？ (iii)、不完全競爭程度 (the degree of imperfect competition) 與價格黏滯性 (price stickiness) 在通貨膨脹和經濟成長過程中所扮演的角色？很明顯地，這些議題並沒有在視利率法則為短期穩定政策的既存文獻中被開展
