    Abstract: 由於學生匿名直接評鑑大學教師的教學成效，其結果存在可信度的問題，因此，國內外各大學多未將其教學評鑑結果公開。如此一來，就此資訊公開對教師以及學生的可能影響，並無法進行觀察與分析。國立政治大學於九十六學年度下學期，決定將學生所填答的教師教學評量結果，於九十七年度的上學期選課期間，公布於該校選課系統中，以提供學生額外的選課資訊。同時，也希望透過這項改變，能給老師們一種無形的壓力，以提升其教學品質。此一改變本身提供了一個難得的機會，能夠讓我們從中檢視公開學生對老師的教學評鑑結果，對教師授課的方式、以及學生的選課行為的影響。透過觀察此一政策的改變，對國立政治大學教師以及學生的相關影響，可以更具體且精確地來探討與分析此議題，並將此實證的結果，提供其他學校參考。除了實證資料的收集與分析之外，本計畫亦會在理論上架構一適當的模型，來探討此教學評量資訊公開對學生選課的行為、以及教師是否透過較高的學期成績，來提升其教學評鑑結果等種種影響。因此這個計畫的執行成果，將能顯著擴充相關議題與研究領域的知識，並進而有助於國內外相關政策之規劃。
