    Abstract: 這個計畫發展一個據有資本結構的一般均衡總體模型，我們將代理成本融入這個模型中。藉以分析底下問題： (1) 財政政策對資本結構的選擇、股利政策、長期經濟成長的影響 (2) 貨幣政策對資本結構的選擇、股利政策、長期經濟成長的影響 (3) 資本結構與股利政策如何影響財政和貨幣政策的效果 (4) 代理成本如何影響長期成長 (5) 最適貨幣政策與最適財政政策 (6) 資本結構的總體經濟涵義
    This project develops a dynamic general equilibrium model of capital structure that incorporates agency costs. Based on the framework, I analyze the main issues: (1) the effect of fiscal policies on capital structure choice, dividend policy, and the long-run economic growth. (2) the effect of monetary policies on capital structure choice, dividend policy, and the long-run economic growth. (3) how do capital structure choice and dividend policy affect the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies? (4) how do agency costs affect the economic growth? (5) what are the optimal levels of fiscal and monetary policies in terms of welfare maximization? (6) the macroeconomic implication of capital structure
