    摘要: 本計畫之總目標為利用地理資訊系統建構公眾參與之平台，以輔助社區發展生態旅遊，達成「社區林業計畫」之施政目標，具體目標包括：(1)以低成本之地理資訊系統軟體工具開發公眾參與地理資訊系統平台，以管理社區相關之空間資料庫，並擴大公眾參與自然資源保育，以及國家森林經營；(2)利用地理資訊系統輔助社區進行空間規劃，以提高生態旅遊之效益，促進社區之發展。
    The goal of this project is to establish a PPGIS (public participation geographic information system) for aiding local communities to develop ecotourism such that the goal of “Community Forestry” project can be achieved. Specifi goals of the project include: (1)Utilize low-cost GIS (geographic information systems) software development tools for developing PPGIS platform. The system will be used for managing geospatial database of the community and for enhancing public participation in natural resources conservation and national forest management. (2)Utilize GIS to falicitate spatial planning of the community in order to improve the efficacy of ecotourism and to advance community development
