Abstract:	光達的使用，是目前測量領域的新趨勢，由於光達可在短時間之內，大量且快速地蒐集掃瞄物表面的三維資料，提供高精度的空間資訊重建被掃瞄物的立體模型。然而，無論是空載光達或是地面光達，掃瞄所得的原始資料通常是分佈不均勻的點雲資料，資料型態是以每個離散的掃瞄點為資料單元，其中包括點位三維坐標（X,Y,Z），及點位的反射值I。然而，從這些點雲資料中是無法直接獲取空間資訊，必須先透過特定的程序，或特殊的軟體處理，結構化這些點雲資料之後，才能萃取出空間資訊。而一般結構化點雲資料，大多是採用規則網格化的方式，這種的方式並不利於展現出點雲資料對於掃瞄物其細部描述的特點。本研究之主要目的在於運用點雲資料中的三維坐標，透過點、線、面架構之轉換與整合，運用不規則三角形網格（TIN）結構化點雲資料之後，萃取出其空間平面的資訊，從而重新建立被掃瞄物的三維結構。
