Abstract:	鑒於我國各機關普遍面臨檔案庫房空間不足之壓力，本文參酌國外作法，以美國、加拿大與澳洲為例，說明國外文件中心體制的發展背景與意義，繼而介紹美、加、澳三國對於半現行文件的管理模式，藉由三國處理半現行文件的經驗，提供我國解決龐大的文件儲存管理問題的參考
