    Abstract: 日租市場蓬勃發展，但在市場上尚無一個健全的仲介平台，可以協助媒合房東與顧客，我們預計建立一個租屋網站—「Homemaker套房管家」，初期幫助日租業者找到有出差住宿需求的企業，中期大量廣告曝光，導入更多的末端消費者，期望滿足國內企業出差、國人與國際客旅遊住宿的需求。
    本計劃書於第一章闡述動機與計畫目標，第二章分析台灣區住宿市場與日租仲介產業，第三、四、五章詳盡闡述營運模式、行銷計畫及風險與效益預估，並在第六章以五年財務預估作為未來落實此計畫的收支依據。
