近十幾年來大陸地區的改革開放以經濟優先，已有量變到質變 的趨勢，這使得大陸從原本封閉的經濟環境走向世界工廠，逐 漸演變到近年來的世界市場。對此一發展，已有研究者展開一 系列的探討，然而本研究發現，迄今文獻對於大陸的研究大多 針對兩大議題：探討體制轉換如何影響企業的行為，以及探討 外資與大陸廠商的合資行為；此外，大部分的研究多屬於單一 獨立的研究，僅有少數作者針對特定議題進行一系列的探討。 因此，本研究擬從企業成長的角度切入，以Penrose(1959)的 企業成長理論為基礎，以三年時間系統化地探討三個關聯的主 題：(1)大陸新創事業之價值創造與策略；(2)大陸新創企業之 成長路徑；(3)大陸大型企業之成長模式。 Since the economic reform launched in China in the 1970s, the economic system in China has been changing greatly from a closed market to not only a world manufacturing base but also a world market. Researchers have enthusiastically engaged in research to examine the change of the economic system in China. Two major issues examined by these researchers are: how economic reform has changed the behaviors of firms in China and (2) how foreign firms work with local firms in joint ventures in China. In addition, most of these studies are conducted as an independent research and do not positioned as a serious of relevant research. In light of these gaps, we propose a three‐year project which is composed of three interdependent studies to investigate the growth strategies of Chinese firms. Based on the growth theory proposed by Penrose (1959), this project will focus on three issues: (1) the strategies of entrepreneurial ventures in China; (2) the growth patterns of entrepreneurial ventures in China; and (3) the growth models of large firms in China.
