Abstract:	本計畫的主要目的在利用參與觀察法，進入一位立法委員候選人競選總部，參與競選事務，以觀察這位候選人的「個人選票」存在的情形與其運作過程。「個人選票」是觀察台灣選舉中存在的「選舉地盤」最有效的一個指標。因為選舉有「地盤」，必須是一個長期穩定的現象。「個人選票」可能是這種地盤形成的主要原因。本研究計畫觀察的個案曾參選四次立法委員，預期將再參選。在這五次參選過程中，這位候選人經歷選區重劃、個人問政型態轉型、以及脫黨參與另外一個政黨等歷程。在這樣的歷程之後，如果我們觀察到穩固的選舉地盤，「個人選票」是個最強有力的解釋。我們當然也想瞭解這樣的個人選票形成的大概過程以及其在競選中的應用。
