    Abstract: 有鑑於中國管理議題的重要性與前瞻性,並為了協助國內年輕學者發展高品質之研究並提升國際期刊之發表率,由國科會管一學門授權政大商學院代表台灣管理學界向IACMR爭取「2011 IACMR Dissertation Proposal Development Workshop in Taiwan」之主辦權。期望藉此奠定台灣年輕學者國際合作之良好根基,引領台灣於國際學術競爭中取得優異表現。 中國管理研究國際學會(International Association for Chinese Management Research;IACMR)為一國際級之學術研究組織,自成立以來積極舉辦中國管理議題相關之研討會、研習營、演講與發行期刊等以促進中國管理領域之學術發展。隨著中國經濟的崛起,中國管理議題研究之重要性日益增加,目前IACMR已成為中國企業管理研究最具權威性的世界級學術研究組織, 本次活動將由8名國際頂尖學者來台授課,預計於全台招收50名優秀的年輕學者,以4天密集式授課與分組討論。課程規劃涵蓋研究方法、計畫書寫作指導、研究理論與架構發展等。
    Ever since the China’s arising, the China management related issues have rapidly gained its importance in academic research field. In order to assist the younger scholars in Taiwan conduct high quality publications. The College of Commerce at the National Chengchi University (CNCCU) represents the academy research of management in Taiwan to compete the hosting school for the 2011dissertation proposal workshop. By help the Taiwanese young scholars have a good start to work with international scholars, the result could lead Taiwan gain a leading position in international academic competition. IACMR(International Association for Chinese Management Research;IACMR) is a professional, academic organization targeted at scholars, students, managers, and consultants who are interested in advancing knowledge on managing organizations within the Chinese context. The primary goal of the organization is to promote scholarly studies of organization and management of firms in the Chinese context. It has become one of the most important and powerful international academic and research organization. The 2011 IACMR Dissertation Proposal Development Workshop in Taiwan will lead by eight topmost well know scholars. It is plan to select 50 young well potential scholars in Taiwan. The workshop arranges 4.5 hrs lectures and 9 hrs parallel lectures in 4 days. The topic includes research methodology enhancement, dissertation proposal development and hypothesis development.
