    Abstract: 起因於全球化以及不斷增加企業國際外包活動,如何有效管理國際客戶與供應商關係已經成為一個重要的課題。國際關鍵客戶管理已經成為企業國際企業策略重要的一環。然而文獻上對於此一議題仍然不是有很多的瞭解。我們打算規劃執行兩年期的研究計畫調查此一重要且研究不足的議題。第一年的研究中,我們主要的目的在提供更好觀念化國際關鍵客戶管理程序。我們打算執行探索性的質性訪談,我們打算採用對偶分析,台灣電子供應商與其國際客戶的觀點都會採用。第二年的主要目標是在建立與實證一個模型探討國際關鍵客戶管理程序的決定因素與結果分析,對偶分析的大規模問卷調查是主要的研究方法。此研究之後會討論理論性與實務性的管理意涵,同時也會探討未來此一議題的研究方向。
    Driven by globalization and increasing outsourcing and offshoring activities, managing international customer-supplier relationship has become increasingly important. International key account management (KAM) has become a vital part of many companies’ international business operations. Yet little is know about successful international KAM strategies. We intended to conduct a two years research project to investigate this important but under-research issue. In the first year, we aim to provide a better conceptualization of international KAM processes. We aim to use explorative-oriented qualitative interview to identify key dimensions of international KAM processes. We intend to conduct dyadic approach to take perspectives from Taiwanese electronics suppliers and their international customers. In the second year, we try to draw on different theoretical foundations to develop and test a framework on antecedents and consequences of international KAM processes. Large scale dyadic survey will be employed to empirically test the proposed conceptual model. We will then discuss the theoretical and managerial implications, and provide suggestions for future research.
