此為期兩年的計劃擬探討企業特定的管理能力在環境變動下的角色。雖然資源基礎觀點視此管理能力為持續性競爭優勢的來源,文獻中對企業特定管理能力是否有助企業因應環境變動有不一致的看法,本計劃擬探討這個課題。 This two-year project aims to explore the role of firm-specific managerial capability in changing environments. Although the resource-based view considers firm-specific managerial capability as a source of sustained competitive advantages, the literature holds mixed views regarding the usefulness of firm-specific managerial capability in changing environments. This project plans to re-examine this issue.
