Abstract:	本三年期計畫為總計畫"當代中國商管議題之整合研究"之下第九個子計畫，目的是了解中國企業的國際化，分成三年進行。第一年計畫將研究中國新創事業的國際化；第二年，我們將研究中國與外國企業的合資；最後一年，我們將探討的中國上市企業之對外直接投資。 This three-project is sub-project No. 9 of the grand proposal, 當代中國商管議題之整合研究. It aims at examining the internationalization of Chinese firms in three steps. In the first year, it plans to study the internationalization of Chinese new ventures, whose primary mode of internationalization is export. In the second year, we will study Chinese firms’ joint ventures with foreign partners. In the third year, we will examine the outward foreign direct investment of Chinese listed firms.
