    Abstract: 此整合型計畫係延伸第一、二年計畫，除持續以本土企業為合作對象，撰寫多重目的的教學個案(multiple-purpose case writing)、進行量化之個案研究與始於第二年計畫之質性個案研究(quantitative and qualitative case studies)之外，更憑藉前二年累積的經驗與企業的信任，進一步與企業合作，嘗試輔導企業，解決經營實務上所遭遇之問題。 此個案研究計畫之目的係包括多重的目標，包括協助個案、田野及田野實證研究之進行、擴大建立產業研究資料庫、形成實證研究之理論假說、發掘研究議題、同產業之知識分享、產業分析、國際學術或產學合作之研究、產業政策研究及個案教學等目的。希冀透過個案平台之運作，促進研究團隊更深層的了解企業的實務運作與經營問題，有助於實務議題之學術研究的進行並對產業做出實質貢獻，同時能將台灣的優勢帶進國際之學術舞台之中，進而創造台灣學術研究之獨特性及競爭優勢。
    Integrated Multiple-purpose Case Study Project (III) In extension of the 1st and 2nd year, this project is to write Multiple-purpose Cases with domestic enterprises as object. And, besides the quantitative and qualitative case studies as conducted in the previous years, this project will also try to assist companies with business decisions by providing consulting services, as mutual trust between companies and researchers has been build up in the past two years. The purposes of this project are multiple, such as facilitating case and field studies, establishing research databases, developing empirical research hypotheses, finding research issues, conducting industrial analyses and sharing knowledge, enhancing international academia-industrial cooperation, presenting opinions for industrial policies, and offering cases for teaching, etc. Through the project, academics could go into the business practice, and to relate research with practice; also, academics would be able to identify unique issues on domestic industries and to diffuse those internationally.
