    Title: 邊界物件在知識互動中的前因與產出---以軟體系統分析為例

    Abstract: 有許多知識管理領域的文獻都將焦點放在知識工作者彼此互動過程中的知識創 造、知識轉換以及知識儲存上，期望能夠帶來計畫或專案的成功，然而較少去探究互動 過程中所產生的邊界物件所帶來的效果。因此，本研究在檢驗各類邊界物件與其產出之 關係的同時，除了將彙整邊界物件的類型與特性外，也將找出產生各類邊界物件的前 因，期望能夠彌補這個知識管理文獻上的研究缺口。 在資訊系統的領域，系統的設計與建置是一種存在於系統分析人員與系統使用者之 間持續不斷的互動過程，而最頻繁的互動通常是發生在定義系統需求的階段，因此這個 階段的情境特別適合作為本研究進行知識互動的觀察。本研究將邊界物件作為中介效果 的構面，探討有關產生各類邊界物件的前因與專案績效的關連，包括以下之研究問題： 1. 各類邊界物件的出現次數越多是否會產生較佳的專案績效？ 2. 系統分析人員所感受到的互動氣氛與各類邊界物件的出現次數之間的關係為何？ 3. 系統分析人員的投入程度與各類邊界物件的出現次數之間的關係為何？ 互動氣氛與投入程度是本研究提出的邊界物件產生之前因。Robert 和O’Reilly (1974) 所發展之組織溝通量表的35 個問項，以及Gremler 和Gwinner (2000)所發展之融洽關係 量表的11 個問項，為本研究的互動氣氛衡量提供詳盡的參考。而本研究採用Jones 和 Harrison (1996)的量表衡量系統分析人員在系統規劃與設計階段的投入程度，此量表是 源自Franz 和Robey (1986)的投入程度量表。專案報告與互動過程的訪談紀錄將由兩位 專家進行編碼，而前因資料將以問卷調查法進行蒐集，以驗證本研究所提出的研究模式。 本研究藉由發現各類邊界物件的前因與產出，預期將對知識管理相關的理論與實務 有顯著的貢獻。研究結果不可避免地將會與本研究調查的情境有關，然而研究發現的重 要程度將會帶動其他情境的類似研究。
