    Abstract: 「數位典藏學術應用與文化傳佈子計畫」，乃一整合型與延續型國家型科技計畫。本子計畫隸屬於「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫」總計畫之「第四分項：數位典藏與學習之學術與社會應用推廣分項計畫」下。該分項與所屬子計畫，以「促成數位典藏與數位學習內容與技術融入文化、學術、社會和經濟」為主要目標，並健全數位典藏與數位學習在教育、研究、社會等範疇之使用環境。本延續型計畫自九十六年度執行至今，將邁入第三年計畫執行。頭兩年本計畫從「數位典藏公共資產近用」、以及「數位典藏公共資產傳播」角度出發，深入探討數位典藏使用者行為與需求、成果推廣與近用、學術資源流通與分享等相關議題，研究產出豐富。植基於過往研究成果，自九十七年度開始，本子計畫將主要研究標的整合為：「將數位典藏資料置於社會脈絡下，從使用者角度出發，探討網路資料使用與傳佈之可能」。本計畫之主要研究任務路徑包含：(一) 從特定commons 操作角度出發，進行調查與深訪，研判本地建立commons 上之共同問題與議題；(二) 從數位典藏計畫下各種 commons 建立雛型案例中，嘗試討論本地commons 文化生根與模式建立；(三) 分析整合本地與國外commons 發展經驗，整理繪製commons 文化地圖；(四) 深化研究數典網路使用準社會互動面向，聚焦於學術社群之經驗調查與持續探討知識公共化議題。結合理論面、調查執行面、以及實質推廣面等，九十七年度本計畫主要工作項目規劃如下： (1) 持續深化理論基礎研究 (2) 結合各式研究方法，擴大執行特定社群使用者調查 (3) 辦理相關學術研討會與工作坊 (4) 積極參與國內外相關組織與會議 (5) 協同執行各式公開徵案 (6) 配合數位典藏研究計畫參與各項學術、推廣活動 (7) 形成應用性建議
    “The Academic Applications and Dissemination of the Cultural Heritage Project” (AADCH) is one of the six subsidiary projects under “The Project of Academic and Social Promotions and Applications for Digital Archives and E-learning” (PASPA), which is the forth division of “Taiwan E-Learning & Digital Archives Program” (TELDAP). Since TELDAP was evolved from “National Digital Archives Program” (NDAP), it aims at promoting the public access to the digitalized cultural assets archived by NDAP phase 1 In order to advance the knowledge-society and make public the archived intellectual assets, AADCH highlighted the application of the archived academic information and the dissemination of the cultural heritage as our main goals for the past two years and reached fruitful research results. Yet, during the process, we came to realize that even for people in academia, different visions of commons and publics emerge when the right and the risk involved are not clear. Thus, based on our research findings, 2009 AADCH main project tasks are as followed: (1) To further explore the notion of “commons” in local context ; (2) To build up the theoretical foundation for the application and implementation of the digital archives; (3) To conduct surveys and collect feedbacks on the users of the digital archives, focusing on the scholarly communication community; (4) To observe and analyze foreign and local project-related organizations and attend conferences of interests; (5) To call for, and conduct promotional projects; (6) To collaborate with the teams affiliated with TELDAP in sponsoring and participating in the projects-related activities; (7) To form advisable plans base on our research.
