Abstract:	雖然多角化的觀念早已是財務經濟所奉行的基本理論，然而實證上卻發現許多投資人並未將其投資組合多角化，而只投資在少數他們所熟悉的股票上。熟悉偏誤與資訊不對秤可能是解釋上述現象的理性原因。許多研究發現投資人常常依個人對公司的熟悉程度進行投資，而非是根據其私有資訊採取行動。安隆案的警訊在在顯示員工過度投資在安隆股票上，以致於承擔過度的風險。最近數年，許多研究者對於退休基金計畫甚為關注，他們探討的重點在於員工是否投資過多的公司股票。大部分的研究結果的確發現員工過度投資公司股票，而這些風險應該可以透過投資組合多角化來被分散。基於此，本研究將進一步以台灣資料分析公司員工是否未分散投資風險？如果有過度投資公司股票的話，其原因是否為熟悉偏誤或是基於私有資訊之故。我們的研究對於瞭解投資組合選擇與行為偏誤提供學術與實務意涵。
