    Abstract: 本研究採用時間序列模式及複迴歸模式，實證研究的對象為台灣地區全部之壽險公司。在時間序列模式上，以台灣地區人壽保險業歷年總保費收入做為衡量壽險市場大小的應變數，分析開放前後對壽險市場業務之影響。對於時間序列預測值和實際值間的差異，反映出我國近年來壽險業保費收入成長率逐漸趨緩之趨勢。外商進入我國市場之後的表面現象是：總保費收入的成長率逐年遞減，似乎有漸趨於一穩定飽和的態勢。在複迴歸模式上，分別以台灣地區人壽保險業歷年總保費收入、台灣地區人壽保險業歷年生死合險保費收入、台灣地區人壽保險業歷年死亡險保費收入、台灣地區人壽保險業歷年個人傷害險保費收入以及台灣地區人壽保險業歷年個人健康險保費收入為應變數，資料期間為六十一年至八十六年底的月資料。複迴歸模式的自變數包括了經濟變數及虛擬變數，經濟變數有六，分別為人口數、消費者物價指數、平均薪資、平均每人國民所得，儲蓄淨額以及貨幣供給額(M1)。由總保費收入迴歸模型可以看出，我國壽險市場保費收入之經濟結構在外商進入前後確有不同。模式證實：外商進入之後加速了我國壽險保費收入的增加，對我壽險市場具有正面的影響。以個別險種迴歸模式來看，顯示外商進入後特別加速了死亡險、傷害險以及健康險之保費收入的增加。
