    Title: 「績效管理」改善研究計畫

    Abstract: 本計畫之目的在於了解教務處同仁對於現行「績效管理」制度的
    看法，進而研擬改善之建議，以期能提高行政效率與服務品質，進而
    提升學校整體的競爭能力。
    首先，研究者訪談兩位組長與四位組員，以實際了解工作同仁所
    需俱備之核心能力，以及對於現行考績制度之看法與建議等，之後，
    編製「績效管理」改善調查問卷，並撰寫訪談建議報告。本研究總計
    施測人數為29 位，採不計名方式進行，統計分析結果顯示，主要的
    核心能力特質包括：主動積極、細心負責、誠信正直、工作熱忱、工
    作效率、情緒管理、團隊精神、溝通協調、壓力管理、問題解決等；
    此外，整體而言，受測同仁對於現行「績效考核」的程序，並不十分
    清楚，且對現行「考績制度」亦無法完全認同，然而大多數同仁均有
    強烈的企圖心與學習意願。
    最後，研究者綜合訪談與問卷調查之結果，分別針對制度面、員
    工發展面、與組織文化面等，提出各項建議，以供參考，期能對於塑
    造「互信」、「和諧」、「創新學習」與「追求卓越」的學校文化有所助
    益。
