    Abstract: 本計的目的在整理記錄在民國九十年、九十一年期間，國立政治大學各單位為規劃中長程發展計畫所做的全部努力過程與部分成果。
    本計畫透過對這個期間校內規章與辦法、重要會議紀錄的蒐集以及對員工師生的訪談、調查等的結果，分析整理後，撰成『國立政治大學校務發展計畫報告書』草稿。復經陳報校長提交公聽會聽取評論後，再於民國九十一年六月十三日提教第一一八次校務會議討論定稿。
    由於外在環境的變化迅速，本計畫僅能視為研究期間各種資訊累積與整理的結果，部分計畫在這段期間已陸續執行，部分計畫則因環境的變遷，有待更進一步的更新。
    The purpose of this project is to record all efforts made by faculities, staffs and students during the 2001-2002 period for the long-term development plan of this university, By collecting school rules and regulations, important administrative decisions, solutions made by school meetings and also by interviewing faculities, staffs, students, the principal investigators carefully analyzed and compiled the information to complete a draft report. Then the report, after approved by the President, was presented in a public hearing to receive commetns. The final report then was presented to the 118th University Senate Meeting on June 13, 2002.
    Due to the rapid changing environments this "final" report may not be seen as a final plan for this university`s future development. Some plans have been carried out during the writing of this report, some other plans are to be readjusted sincere certain environment conditions have changed in the past months.
