    摘要: 上海合作組織起源於1996 年4 月，俄中哈吉塔五國元首於上海會晤，會談
    的本意是為解決蘇聯解體之後各國家間邊境裁軍問題而非經貿合作，2001 年上
    海五國加入烏茲別克成立上海合作組織，之後上海合作組織產生了質的變化，各
    成員國元首們倡議進行全面性的合作。於經貿合作方面，2003 年9 月上海合作
    組織成員國簽署的「上海合作組織成員國多邊經貿合作綱要」，其中最重要的是
    上海合作組織成員國將推展於上海合作組織框架內實施貿易投資便利化，並訂定
    出能源、交通運輸、電信、農業、旅遊等領域，為優先合作方向。本研究試圖透
    過引力模對上海合作組織成員國的對外貿易數據進行實證研究，以檢證上海合作
    組織的經貿合作至今對於各成員國的影響程度。
