    Abstract: 本申請案計畫延續過去三年多我們研究群在中文法學資訊系統上的相關研究和主持人在貝氏網路的經驗，在既有研究成果上往研究深度的方向加強研究成果。我們設定了四個主要的工作目標。第一個工作目標是利用機器學習和自然語言處理技術建立電腦輔助中文法院文書語意標記的相關技術；第二是利用機器學習技術研究電腦輔助產生法院判例所需附記之法律意見；第三是研究利用自然語言處理技術建構程式輔助專家尋找實務中文法院文書的文法結構；第四是利用貝氏網路配合資訊理論和機率式推理機制，建立使用者心理模型，並且和傳統中以外顯表現為基礎的使用者模型相比較。雖然我們從事中文法學資訊的研究只有大約三年多的時間，但是我們已經累積相當的經驗，計畫主持人更有多年貝氏網路的相關經驗。在相關研究成果方面，2002 年至今已經發表11 篇論文，其中5 篇是發表於SCI/SSCI 所收錄的學術刊物。所以我們相信在得到足夠的人力支援之下，我們可以在這一些具有挑戰性的工作方向上獲致相當的成果。如果這一些工作目標能夠順利達成，我們不僅僅可以繼續在國際學術期刊上發表論文，同時也將可以將工作成果應用於建構下一代的司法院法學資料檢索系統，讓相關的資訊服務得以和Semantic Web 的相關技術和應用接軌。
    We report the research work for investigating the annotation of judicial documents in Chinese and applying Bayesian networks for student modeling. This piece of work embarked in the year 2005 and will continue toward 2008. We have achieved reasonable results in the first year.
