    Abstract: 近年來，國內外爆發多起知名之公司不法弊案（如美國之恩隆案，我國之博達案、力霸案等），此等重大的企業醜聞，使「公司治理」成為國際上備受矚目之重要課題。我國近來公司法制之改革與研究，亦多以公司治理為中心，身為移植他國法制之我國，以其他先進國家（如美、日、德等國）經驗作為借鏡，乃為一不可或缺之研究途徑，故確有擴充大量外國相關學術文獻資料之需求。本研究計畫即欲以「公司治理」為主軸，並擴及至其他商法及金融法相關領域，如金融監理、公司法、證券交易法、銀行法、信託法等，預計以三年之執行時間，收錄目前最重要之英文、日文、德文學術典藏圖書，提供國內從事相關主題之研究學者最迅速且最完整的書籍文獻整理分析平台。另外，政治大學法學院財經法中心將研擬成立「公司治理中心」，與金融監督管理委員會（已完成初步接洽，相關人員亦表示高度合作意願）與中華公司治理協會（待計畫通過後即進行商洽）合作，於其網站上建立本圖書計畫案網站之連結，期能提供實務界及學術界聯合使用，讓本計畫所購入之圖書文獻發揮最大效益。同時本研究計畫亦規劃對外開放國內外各界查詢閱覽，充分發揮資源共享之實益，以提升台灣整體相關法制之學術研究實力。
