Title:	我國勞資會議制度改革方向

Abstract:	從發展已近90年的德國工廠會議制度之法制經驗出發，特別是從其法制內容規範與演變、對勞資關係之影響及形塑作用、企業經營與管理生態之質量變、全球化時代之挑戰與回應等角度切入，面對我國現有之勞資會議制度，提出前瞻性、但符合我國社會實況與需求之改革建議。在前述研究主旨下，本研究之核心主旨暨內容應包含下列各項：（1）整理並分析國內實務上有關勞資會議之法制問題，梳理出其結構性特徵與可能之缺陷。（2）研究德國工廠會議之整體法制經驗，包括歷史回顧、法制內容變遷、2001年新修正方向、對企業勞資關係之影響、產業界之因應與調整、歐洲化帶來的新局面、全球化之挑戰與未來發展走向等，建立對於德國工廠會議制度的完整觀察與評估。（3）在前述德國法制經驗的觀察基礎上，提出我國勞資會議制度之改革芻議與藍圖，包括具體之法政策建議。（4）在前述之法政策建議基礎上，提出修法或立法建議含具體法律條文研擬，同時提出此改革對國內產業經濟與勞資關係之可能影響。
