    Abstract: 本計畫將普丁時期俄國公民社會發展的類型定義為「被收編的公民社會」，並藉由探討普丁政權與公民社會互動的權宜性制度安排，像是公共論壇、總統諮詢會議–「促進公民社會與人權發展會議」、公共議事廳和非政府組織法等，來說明公民社會弱化與被政權收編的事實，從而導致俄國民主化的倒退。
