Abstract:	煽動藝術是影響群眾政治思維的表現藝術，其以海報、紀念碑、節慶裝飾、宣傳鼓動列車等多樣形式呈現，在戰爭或動亂時期尤被廣泛運用。1917年俄羅斯歷經兩次革命風潮，布爾什維克黨於政權掌握之初，面臨權力鞏固、凝聚百姓意識與安定社會經濟等嚴峻課題，政治宣傳工作亦克不容緩，諷刺漫畫爰此扮演積極且重要之角色。蘇聯政治諷刺漫畫之獨特在於其強烈的政治企圖，內容述繪之滑稽現象並非專為取悅讀者，而重於意識傳遞；目的在用尖銳之嘲諷作為形塑敵方醜像之媒介，更期於潛移默化間統一群眾政治解讀之模式。本文以蘇聯著名政治期刊《鱷魚》為主要研究對象，分析1920年代該刊關於國際題材漫畫之處理規律，藉以剖視蘇維埃政權建立初期所處之險危局勢，及其如何運用政治漫畫之敏銳筆觸，進行策令宣導與群眾教育。
