    Abstract: 大連日商投資有其歷史背景，既有殖民經驗關連性，亦有日語熟悉之語言優勢。不過，在投資初期、發展期與成熟期與地方政府之互動不同。投資初期與發展期，地方政府主要致力於排除障礙，及至成熟期則較制度化，互動頻率與層次則相對較少。日本JETRO充其量只是做一些商業資訊的收集，當地亦有日本人會亦是以民間組織形式運作，成日商意見交換與凝聚情感的場域。
