Title:	知識不流通誰之過？

Abstract:	三月一日，美國加州大學資訊研究與人類學系教授凱帝（Christopher M. Kelty）撰文哀悼〈虛擬圖書館〉的消逝。稍前，大陸留德學人程瑾〈祭奠我的亞歷山大圖書館〉。他們說的是同一回事，運作已經兩三年，據說提供40多萬學術圖書電子檔，供人自由下載、在烏克蘭運作但註冊於太平洋島國紐埃（Niue）的網站，遭英美德三國的17家出版社聘請律師追蹤七個多月，最後假意捐款給該圖書館而確認主事者，成功起訴並關閉了這個電子空間。
