    Title: 哪國公廣 有此獨立佳績

    Abstract: 日昨報載，部分公共廣播電視基金會董監事再次召開記者會，咬定新聞局「加害公視獨立自主性」。這個指控有些「逗趣」，行政權與立法權「加害」多時，公廣經營團隊卻還是不動如山，不也正好可以作為反面證據，說明公視的獨立與自主空間相當可觀？環顧歐美日韓澳紐新南非等國的公共廣電機構，這樣的「獨立佳績」，好像從來不曾有過。我國公廣基金會的高層人事不僅不受相關單位的影響，並且從二○○八年底以來，渠等還連續以大規模刊登報紙廣告、參與遊行、司法假扣押手段與記者會聲討等等方式，對抗公共權責機關。顯然，我們的公視獨立空間之大，再沒有其他國家的同儕能夠望其項背。
