Title:	擴大國際發言空間中國傳媒割捨著作權？

Abstract:	1941年底，中共的中國國際廣播電台初試啼聲，至今語言已達53種。1994年，上海最大規模的《新民晚報》開始對外擴張，如今其21個印報中心有2個在海外（洛杉磯與香港），發行遍及美加日韓澳德法英義西等20個國家。不過，短波海外廣播各國都有；歐美知名報刊大肆海外發行者，比比皆是。因此，真正足以彰顯具有中國特色的國際傳播，主要還是衛星電視。
